How to delight your guests with the perfect Menu
Things to remember:
Details are crucial. So make sure you and your caterer are always on the same page when it comes to what is in the food. Not only for your convenience, but also for the comfort of your guests.
Special needs consideration - the caterer should take into account any dietary needs, such as food allergies, religious requirements and any other dietary restrictions.
Buffet or plated? Make sure the caterer has the correct format for serving meals. Also remember, buffet is not always cheaper than plated.
Something for the kids - We recommend that you offer kid’s options such as mac and cheese, chicken tenders, or pizza. They are not only cheaper than the fancier dishes, but will also satisfy the children at your wedding (and their parents).
